This week I wanted to talk a little bit about the beginning of my yoga journey! I actually started practicing yoga when I also began practicing law. I quickly learned how good yoga made my body feel, and noticed a difference in my mood when I didn't go. I was in my early 20s, and my life was stressful, I was unfulfilled, and not sleeping well at all.
My yoga practice helped so much with this, and it ultimately brought self-awareness to the fact that I wasn't living a life authentic to me.
