We all have stuff we’re holding onto that is no longer serving us: a habit, a belief, a relationship, a feeling, sometimes even an actual thing! The Yoga Sutras teach us that a big part of living a peaceful life is learning to let go of those attachments.
When you feel yourself being held down by something that it's time to release, this little twist-focused flow is the perfect way to let go!
These quick 5-min practices are the perfect quickie yoga break during a busy day! You can always repeat them as many times as you'd like, or do a few of them back to back to create a longer practice if you'd like!
