My gentle 60-minute practice is suitable for all levels of experience. This class consists of gentle flowing movements that are all either seated, on your back or built from table pose. The final 10-ish minutes of practice are spent in guided breathwork, followed by a brief Savasana (final relaxation). And as always, we close our practice with one big united breath and a moment of gratitude!
